Pioneered RPO in India and have done numerous projects around process excellence in recruiting.

VIPUL PRAKASH

Vipul founded Elixir Consulting, EWS Search and Gi Staffing India which grew to become amongst the larger Talent Search Businesses in India and Africa. In 2011, he was awarded one of the top 50 Inspiring Entrepreneurs of India by Cyber Media. Vipul also founded the Indian Staffing federation and worked as its first president and advises us.

Deepa Mahori

Deepa Mahori has served the corporate world for over a decade in recruitments. Her positively progressive work experience with leading organizations like Elixir consulting, Manpower Group and ABC Consultants has given her a deep and extensive understanding on the recruitment business and the industry. She has an expertise in execution of backend delivery processes for search assignments and over the years has successfully profiled multiple industries and professionals across levels majorly for Automotive and Engineering.

Geetika Garg

Geetika Garg is a commerce graduate from SRCC, Delhi University. She started her career with ‘The Citi group’ in the BFSI domain & later shifted to Recruitments. She has recruiting experience in domains like ITeS, Retail, Banking Financial Services & Insurance, E-Commerce, Auto etc. She has done varied roles within the Recruitment domain like Delivery, Client Engagement & Account Management. Passionate about her work, Geetika started her second innings with WEN close to 2.5 years back.

Kavya Seth

With 17 years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience across Industries and Geographies Kavya worked with renowned organizations in Consulting as well as Corporate space and has been an Entrepreneur in Talent Space. A learner for life, she believes in continuously investing in personal development and acquiring new skills. Her current endeavor as Co-Founder, WENcademy is to take “Recruiting” as a skill to enable career advancement.

Nevelyn Vaz

Nevelyn Vaz: Nevelyn is a dynamic individual who loves learning and trying out new things! This is something that is visible in her professional career. She started off into Sales and Marketing and has moved into HR. She has an experience in Recruitments (majorly in the non tech) and has also taken care of Client Management, On-Boarding, Network Management, Digital Marketing, etc. She has been associated with WEN for over 3 years now. She takes care of the Partnerships and Projects side of it. Personally, she enjoys and appreciates art and anything creative! Reading, art journaling and angling are some of her other hobbies.

Sunaina Gera

Sunaina Gera an alum from St Stephen’s College with a degree in English literature. Diploma from BTE in interior design and LEED certified professional. Worked for 2 years in the travel industry, and then for another 11 years as an interior designer. Finally worked in the family business as head of construction. Currently run my own architectural company, an investor with a coworking aggregator, etc.
